i have yet to put them in but which side do i put in the O2 sensor? one goes before the cat and one goes after right? so which side to i leave the O2 sensor in?

Re: O2 sensors...

Both are before the Cat. One on each header. No post cat O'2's on a 94. The other hole is probably for the air fittings.

I don't mean to seal this thread....but do you have to put in a different kinda o2 sensor when you have LT's vs. shorties or midlengths??

I don't think so either, just make sure to get the delcos instead of the bosch. I had alot of trouble with them and had to change them twice before getting the delcos. Now everythings fine.

Re: O2 sensors...

...and don't put brand new O2s in with brand new headers. The curing of the headers can foul your O2s. No need to waste the new ones. Wait until the headers have been burned in.

I would say several heat/cool cycles until they no longer smoke or smell.

Shoebox, thanks for that info! I'm putting headers on this weekend, and was gonna put new O2's in too.
