If the o2 sensor wires short to ground would it cause any damage to the pcm, or the o2sensor? My car recently started backfiring, hesitating, i just took a quick look and saw two wires that were melted through the insulation. Im going to hook up my computer tomarrow and see what the readings are on the o2 sensors.
