My car is through a bad o2 code with the simulators on it how can this be?

 

Are you sure its a code for the rear 02s? Or is it a code for the front 02 sensors?

 

1996 F-Bodies came with 4 O2 sensors. The front 2 (left and right bank) manage your air/fuel ratio for part throttle driving. The rear 2 O2 sensors monitor the "health" of your cats. The rear 2 O2 sensors can be replaced with simulators.
