Anysite on how to make them... What gauge wire, Where to make the cuts, what watt soldering iron?

thats what i did. just cut the wires and added about 1' on each. works great. just make sure not to get the wires crossed while doing it.

you only added a INCH? I think Im going to need about 6 or 7 on each side maybe more

my bad, 12 not 1. sorry. gave it a little extra slack for me to keep it off the exhoust and tie it up out of the way. i think i used about a 12 guage wire, it was a little thick but its all i had at the time. it just needs to be about the same as the o2 wires. i have not had any problems with it.

you can get the wire any where, wal-mart, any partstore. the wire i used was left over from a trailer i wired up the other day. i think the 16 guage would be best, the stuff i used was thicker then needed.
