now what????

While putting on my new headers i noticed that one of the stock header bolts broke off in the cylinder head. How the F*** am i going to get that out???

Take it to a machine shop, which can be pricey, or try and tap it out yourself which can be very frustrating or...buy a set of used heads online here and use them...

Where at on the head? If you can get an angle drill in there, then I would suggest Helicoil. You end up drilling out the broken bolt, thread the hole and screw in the insert. It's a lot easier than it sounds. If you have to, break the engine loose to give yourself more room.

I just did the same thing on my Silverado about a month ago.

Which header bolt is it? If its the very first or very last bolt on either side you don't need them.

Yup what he said, aslong as its flat or all the in the head, it will be ok, but if its sticking out just grind it to make it flat

second bolt to the firewall on the drivers side. I think im just going to take it a shop. Think i should have them ported polished?
