My friend went into autozone with his opti and waterpump. He walked out with a new waterpump and his old opti.

Apparently they removed the warranty for the opti out of everyones file. He already filed a complaint with the district office in dallas.

Anyone who has bought one of these optis for the reason of getting a warranty has been officially screwed.

If you have one of these optis, I suggest you check to see if your warranty is still in effect. If it is not I would file a formal complaint.

Well that doesn't sound very cool. I haven't had the pleasure of buying one yet, buy i will keep that in mind.

 

There are going to be pissed about this, I know a few people that use these.

 

i just highly recommend EVERYONE buying new optis either buy from board members or, as everyone know Jason Cromer, he sells them cheaper than everyone and they are BRAND new gm form dealership and its not a **** ton to have a brand new one without worries and it has a year warrenty

I checked with Auto Zone yesterday and is still under warranty. It is a good thing too,because I am going replace it here in a few weeks. I have already bought the cap & button and new wires. Just been waiting on warmer weather.
