Not LT1 Related...but need help ASAP!! I almost blew my truck up!

hey guys...well i decided to take off the tB of my 95 S10 TBI and give it some cleanin...i also sprayed a hafty dose of the carb cleaner inside the manifold. I put everything back toghter and when i go to start it, i had TONS of back fire thru the intake...i tired few times with no luck..just lots of back fire. On the final try the 2 injectors that sit on top of the TB caught on FIRE. HOW CAN I START THE DAMN TRUCK!? will the carb cleaner evaporate overnight? I have the blades cracked and hood opened. What to do!!! Thanks!

If you have a carb fire, just keep cranking it or smother it with a towel. Don't fan it, just hold the towel on the carb. It will go out right away when it can't get any air.
