Normal to puff some smoke with no cats??

My car has been doing this for a while and I just wanted to see if it was actually normal. I have the mods in my sig and no cats. When I stomp on it I get a puff of smoke out of the tail pipes, pretty sure its black smoke. I thought this was normal being that I have no cats. Anyone?

Mine has done that in the past.
I have been told its normal as long as the smoke is not white or blue.

I've seen them do that when bone stock in 100% good working condition.

Yea I am pretty sure its black smoke. Thats what my friend said. I dont think its gonna be oil or anything. The motor only has less then 10k miles on it so I dont see how my rings or anything could be bad. Thanks for the info.
