Normal for cutout to clatter dash

I just got a cutout installed on my car and i really do like it but it shakes my internals especially in the dash area and where the automatic shift **** is. Is it normal for it to do this? I haven't recovered it yet so i dont know how it is with the cutout capped.

That's kind of a "duh" question, isn't it? I mean, if someone with a thumping car stereo that is more than a block away can rattle the pictures on the walls of my house, then yeah, the noise from your cutout just might rattle your dash.

Yeah, i guess you are right, since it is pretty loud. I was just a little worried that the exhaust shop may have messed something up and loosened something.

With my cutout open.. everything rattles and I mean everything is making all sorts of noises, especially underneath if you have loose bolts that fasten your brackets which hold your I-pipe and catback.

I was also wondering, with the cutout closed, wouldn't you lose power over not having one installed at all because it has a void that air will wander into instead of flowing out the muffler?
Will the rattles go away when i close it?
