is this normal?

when i start the car my idle is 2k but after a minute drops to 1k and also if im driving for example in 3rd and press the clutch my rpms would go down slowly not fast
normal?

If your pcm has been recently reset, it might do this or your IAC might be sticky or passages clogged/dirty.
