Noises....yay

So i go to start my car one day. it starts up fine as usual, but out of nowhere theres that dreaded tick, "great", i get it towed home from school, take the valve covers off, check all the rockers. they all come out to be nice and tight..so i start it again and listen real close, it doesnt seem like the sound is coming from the rockers, seems more like the middle of the engine...The sound is RPM specific, more revs faster it is; oil pressure is great, so the pump must be moving; the sound changes between clutch in and clutch out, not sure what to think about this one...i have video but its having trouble capturing, ill probably get it up later...any ideas for now?/anything i should check?

If it changes with the clutch pushed in it could be the throwout bearing.

if that is at idle... it seems way to fast to be a spun bearing (rod knock). but i dont know what your idle is set at. if your idle is higher than, yeah I think its a rod knock. you should get the car in the air and get a stethascope and listen to it at the oil pan see if it is louder.

reamo, nope, its constant
driv3r, that was at about 1k, but its rpm specific, so it slows down when it drops back to normal idle rpm

so i was staring at the engine, and figured why not try some fresh oil (even though i only changed it about 250 miles ago at most), threw it in and the noise pretty much disappeared..odd..so next week im gonna seafoam the **** out of it and rechange the oil and hopefully the sound is all gone
ill keep yall updated, thanks for all the possible suggestions
