Noise after i let off the clutch?

Sometimes when i'm shifting through the gears and i let the clutch out i can here a noise. I can sort of feel it also. So for instance when i shift from 1st to 2nd right when i let the clutch all the way out it makes like a little bang noise that i can slightly feel. It does it often from 2nd to 3rd. It does it in other gears but not as often. What do you think it could be? Also my tranny makes a lot of noises while the clutch is out. Although i everybody says these transmissions make a lot of noises anyways. The car does shift fine though.

i would say that with an ES tranny mount and a pro 5.0 that your tranny will make a decent amount of noise. after i installed the pro 5.0, mine was quite a bit noisier. i used a thick rubber gasket between the shifter and the tranny and i now have less vibration than with the factory shifter. that gasket must of helped big time. its still noisier though.

Yes it does make noises when the clutch is out at idle. But i just put in a new needle bearing. When i installed my slp clutch which is about 2,000 miles ago.
