No start, no spark.... im buying module today.

I can't figure out what the problem is. Auto zone can't test my module they said, i dont have a multi-meter. It's not the coil, cause i put in one that does work and the car still didnt start, its not the fuses, i checked all of them. No wires are corroded. I am not getting spark to the plugs or coil. The car cranks but will not turn over. Is getting the module a good idea, i am spending $63.00 on it.

That's what I would think. Mine went out on my Blazer when I was driving and my car just instantly went dead. I had no clue what a module was, but I soon found out. I say go for it.

Are you talking about the ICM? It sounds like you have the same problem I do. Have you checked to see if it's the Opti? Is there a way to test the ICM?

Sorry, the exact cost is $72.90 at JMJ parts warehouse. they sell ac delco parts, there just like a chevy dealer. Autozone wants $79.99, but there parts are trash in my opinion. Carquest wants $91.00 and then $84.50 with my village employee discount. Here's a link to the page who has one for like $75.00
