No spark at coil

I replaced my opti and coil with an msd about a year ago. a few weeks afterwards i lost spark so i replaced my icm which solved my problem. well about a month ago i lost spark again. I replaced my icm twice and got a new coil but still no spark. All of my wires to my opti,,icm, and coil have the correct voltages. any suggestion?

Watch this....
Buick Know How: LT1 Optispark (ABITS) Distributor Operation and Diagnostics - YouTube

Read this....

Both should help in tracking down the issue.

I've also read about issues with the MSD cap screws coming loose and causing problems. Did you locktite the screws before installing the MSD opti? Do the diagnostics in the video before pulling the opti. How you approach the issue will be based on if you are OBDI or OBDII. With OBDI, there are some codes that will set without showing an SES light, so be sure to get the car scanned for codes. What year is your Z28? Might not be a bad idea to create a signature with that information.
