No response about clutchs in the drivetrain sectoin

Ok no responses in the drivetrain section..
So I really need some members to pop in with there advice on what clutches they have preferred using on 400-450hp LT1's.

Car is driven hard all the time but every now and then i get on it hard.
What clutch can i trust to hold it, keep the car fairly streetable (no chattering allowed). If i cant decide im just going to get another LT4 clutch. I'd prefer the lt4 but not sure how long it would last.

So help a bother out. Please include clutch type, driving style, clutch feel, and mileage its lasted.

My SLP clutch is holding fine at 115+mph traps and doesn't even hint at chattering.

i've heard so much about bad LT1 clutches there are only 3 i'd trust. The LT4, spec stage 4, or street twin. I went with the LT4 because i couldnt afford a street twin and the stage 4 wasn't out back then. All the other clutches seem hit or miss and that you may end up replacing them very quickly.

My car has been having issues. I just found out my cam was ground wrong so its not up to full potential. You might want to try the stage 4. It supposedly doesn't have the springs in disc so its not suppose to blow up like all the other specs.

Get the McLeod Street twin... Best clutch I've ever used.. Held the power of my 383 and I wasnt exactly nice to it.. Im constantly driving it in the canyons as if it were a road course.. If you can afford it, its the best thing out there... If you can't, then I would go with the McLeod 800 disc. Great single disc setup and very streetable. Holds quite a bit of power too!
