well they all get there money and development from the same place (GM) but it seems that they put ALL the cool **** in the Firebirds. I mean Camaros eventually got it, but they stuck it in the Firebirds first. I'm just jealous I guess

just a thought but..
do they allot a certain amount towards each make (brand)?
if so, more would probably go towards the corvette for chevy, and skimp a little on the camaro
meanwhile, over at the pontiac side of the fence, they are putting all their money in their top (and only) sports car

Yeah i have the door speakers, and the 6 inch sub speaker in the drivers hatch panel. not enough. Im not worried aboput my passengers,as far as im concerned, our cars are two seaters because gm only put back seats in their for insurance reasons. Im definately gonna run the rear passenger speakers. I work at best buy and 40% car fi,works for me. Oh and getting the sticky tack off isnt taht bad,you just need a razor for the small stuff thats left. the rears are 6 1/2. And the car definately needs it,lol. Does anyone have any ideas where to put two 10's "Dumb question" but bear with me here, Im keeping my t-top holders cuz,its only right, and theres no way in hell im paying 350 for one q-logic panel,so i guess im outa ideas huh?

The reason that you are having trouble with the stock HU is because it is rated at 1 ohm and has individually powered/amplified speakers. Most systems are 4 ohms, so your system is underpowered. They sell converters that will amplify the signal to make up for the difference.

I bet that, if you have a 94, there are no speakers behind the grills alongside the back seats. That's what I had, before I ripped it all out and replaced it.

Nope, I have speakers there the person before me must have put them there, maybe they are drawing the power on the other speakers thats why its not that loud or clear sounding when turned up.

Yeah, my '94 didn't come with any rear passenger speakers as well. I just took it too some shop years ago and had them install a couple speakers and a little amp. It's not loud, but definitely better. Who needs them anyway, just listening to the exhaust is music to the ears
