Re: no fuel pressure...why?

Turn the ignition key on and listen for the pump, u shoul dbe able to hear it if it turns on. If it does turn on then pull it out and make sure all the rubber hoses are still in tact on the pump. If the pump does not turn on, check the connector on the very top of the fuel pump and make sure it is plugged in all the way. Peace, Dustin.

Not sure how you decided to change the fuel pump from blown head gaskets, but you first need to figure out if the pump is running or getting power.

Re: no fuel pressure...why?

Try jumping a hot wire to the pump...Check Shoeboxes site for instructions.

Heck, yeah. Things like the computer, wiring from the computer to fuel pump relay, fuel pump relay, wiring from fuel pump relay to pump....just to name a few things.

The f/p regulator is not electrical.

If you want to test the pump, you can jump 12v to the fuel pump prime connector under the hood. I assume you must be referring to the 1993 in your sig?

Re: no fuel pressure...why?

switch out the relay with another one, like abs or something if you can, just to check it.

The prime connector is under the hood. Is that where you are looking?

If it is a grey wire with a connector on it, coming out of the loom going over the RH shock tower, it should be the one. If there is no metal terminal on it, I don't know what to tell you. What year is the car you are working on? You have too many in your sig to choose from.
