NGK TR4s?

Ok I got a set from the parts store where the guy said these were the ones one step colder than stock. Is this right?

For the 96 and should be the same for the 94, the one step colder plugs are TR6. Most people use TR55 or TR6, no one use TR4, AFAIK for NOS or boost.

From NGK
After you have identified the numbering system for your plug, merely raise or lower that number to change the heat range.
REMEMBER, NGK PLUGS GET COLDER THE HIGHER THE NUMBER, HOTTER THE LOWER THE NUMBER.

Your TR4 plugs are one range hotter!

I would never run TR4s except for maybe in the cold wintertime, you'll end up with all kinds of knock retard, they are too hot.
