Newbie!!

Hey everyone,

Just bought my "new" 96 Z28 a few months back, and wanted to get a tune-up done...can anyone tell me whats involved?? Is it maybe something that someone slightly mechanically inclined (i.e. me!!) can do?? Also, where and how do you change the PCV valve??

Re: Newbie!!

if you can't do a tuneup...
nah, it's not bad at all, even for someone with no experience
search here for tuneup like 97s10ondubs said

o, and the pcv valve is in the driver side valvecover or somewhere near it or something
simply pull it out, if it rattles, it's still good
i replaced mine anyways since it's a cheap part
good luck

o, almost forgot to mention, if you're doing spark plugs, good luckw ith that
plan for a long time of getting them out and in
search here for that and you will get a million threads on how it can be done
