New times with LE3 383

I was at M11 this saturday and went a best of 11.9 at 122.5 with street tires the car still hasnt been tuned yet and is a full weight car with ac and 18" wheels. I went a best of 1.95 60ft but had problems getting traction in second. I am very happy so far and there is still much more left in it.

Good job! That thing is going to be a beast once you get a sticky tire on it and get it tuned. What were the conditions like?

it was like 70 and sunny very good conditions. I plan on doing the suspension and tuning this winter, i am doing relocation brackets, torque arm, and a panhard bar. That should help out traction a little.

Damn! Get some traction and thats one quick car. Have you weighed it?

Im getting close on mine. Just working out a couple small issues and breaking it in. It will be on the dyno and track soon...

I know how you feel. I have Eibach sportlines and the car doesn't hook for shat, even on slicks. Relocation brackets are a must on a lowered car. I look forward to seeing some better times from your car in the future.

Nope, mine doesn't have the ground effects. I was the one cutting crappy 60' times all day (2.1-2.3).

Re: New times with LE3 383

seems to be FLYING up top, just neds more traction and a better 60 ft to complete a GOOD pass.

A 1.95 60 ft while running 11.9 at 122 MPH looks VERY promising. Get the 60 ft in the 1.55-1.60 range and you should be in the 11.3-11.5 range. Even if you dont pick up any MPH, that would still be an impressive pass.

i am trying to get the money together still for a 12 bolt which is the main reason i still have street tires on. My little 10 bolt has been beggin for mercy.
