New short block - flexplate question

I have a new 355 short block with no flexplate on it. I figured this one would be a good choice. Now for the dumbass question of the day - does it just slap on there any old way or is there balancing involved?

It should just bolt right up no problem. The only issue I could see is if the rotating assembly were internal ballanced, if that were the case you would have to remove the counter weight off of the flexplate. I had to do that with my B&M flexplate. There will be a front and back to it, so you'll want to pay attention to that as well. But other than that, it should work just fine.
