New PB tonight!
My best run of the night was my first run (1/8 only):

I lost .5 in the 8th and picked up 2 mph. I LOVE slicks. Way better than street tires. I kept blowing the street tires off, and I was still spinning the slicks some tonight. I think I need new hydraulics though. The clutch was holding, but I don't think it was engaging fast enough. The 5500 rpm dump worked the best. My best 60' was a 1.932 on my last run, but I ran an 8.886 @ 77. I am def. leaving a lot on the table. Not too bad I figure for my first time on slicks. Also, my engine is completely bone stock and needs to be tuned badly. I was running 27" ET Streets so that might be a little too much tire. I also have about 80+ more lbs because of the new rear as well as more drivetrain loss and I forgot to take the front sway bar off.
I think once I get my bolt-ons and a tune after the 1st I will see very low 8's in the 1/8. I was also hitting 4th gear as I was coming through the traps. Given what I was running here in the 1/8, what do you think I'll do in the 1/4? I will def. be in 5th gear in the 1/4.
Over all I am extremely happy and I can't wait to get some more seat time and get the car in better shape. I think with just a tune I could pick up another .2 in the 1/8 and be able to get a better 60' than a 1.9xx.
