New opti, now stumble at idle?

I just replaced my opti and I have a slight stumble at idle now. It was not there before, and my wires are not burnt. I have checked and checked them to make sure they are clicked on all the way, but the one on the bottom of the opti (passenger side) is so hard to get on there. I cleaned the connection on the coil as well, cause it had some slight corrosion on it. I guess my question is, is it possible for a slight miss, like a wire not clicked on fully, so only show up at idle? If the car is stopped and ideling, I can see the shifter shake a little and can feel it very slightly in the steering wheel as well. However, if I rev the car it disappears immediately. Is is possible this problem was there before and my old opti was masking it, and what would cause this? I know, tons of questions, but I just cant get is fixed.

I could see a not quite completely connected plug wire being the culprit, but it's also not unheard of for an opti to have problems right out of the box.

Just messed with the car somemore, the problem is still there and I have basically ruled out plug wires ( I am sure they are all clicked on). Now what?

Sure all your harnesses going into the opti are snug too?

Harness going to the opti is snug. Any things that I can test that are typical causes of a rough idle that clears up right away? Thanks for any help guys, it drives me crazy when my baby doesnt run perfect.

It seams like the idle is smoother when it is really cold outside (like at night) and rougher when it is warm during the day. Can a bad IAT sensor cause a rough idle and symptoms like this? What about a vaccum leak, like that little rubber elbow on teh throttle body that is old and cracked looking, could it cause this?

A cracked elbow could get unmetered air entering the motor. So yes, it could cause bad idle and a lean condition too! I haven't had this on an f-body, but I had a VW that had this problem. A hidden crack on the intake piece, and it ran like *** for a year before I found that.
