New Motor In! Wiring Problems??
The positive terminal won't come off, so we only removed the negative side. After I got the motor all back together and reconnected the negative terminal the headlight motors click constantly and I have no power to anything.
The only cables I hooked back up:
1. small black wire by the starter, ground I think, so I hooked it to the oil pan. Disconnected to see if that was the prob, nope.
2. large black wire coming from the negative terminal, attached it to the motor mount on the engine.
3. braided wires going to coil and frame, disconnected also with no difference.
Checked the battery with my multimeter and it shows 12.53 volts. Guy that tore it all apart wasn't here for the reinstall of wiring and I don't think he would remember anyway.
Anyone have any ideas??

Yep, the battery wasn't getting a good connection "whew", I thought something was getting crossed. I guess it had just enough current to cycle the system and then it would die then cycle it again and again.
