I got my new Energy suspension motor mounts yesterday for my 95 Z-28. One of them doesn't have poyurethane through the entire hole. Would this cause a problem, because I think the bolt will rattle around inside the mount on the metal cylinder part that is inside the mount.

if you are talking about the hole that the large bolt goes through, then yours are fine. when you tighten the bolt down connecting the two sides of the mount you are putting pressure on the side of the hole, so there is no way it will move around.
