new motor dyno #s cc503 P&P heads

ok here is the rundown its got cc503, 1.6 SA comp pro mags, swirl polish valves 1.94,1.5,p&p heads flow around 265-270,crane dual valve spring, ported intake, ram air , and new bottom end. the numbers seem kinda low but it is untuned and it does not have the longtubes on yet just stock manifolds. but the graph looks really crappy above 4k ( any ideas why)? ohh and it is a M6 car
any thoughts on the graph, the #s, and when get my headers and tune on what it will do? as you can see it only did 299.18HP & 311.17

It's a whole different ballpark once you get LT's, free flowing exhaust, and a tune. I'd say with all that you're definentely going be flirting with 330hp+

p.s. dump the flowmaster, my rusted stock exhaust sitting in the scrap heap flows better than it.

378 here. Don't worry. I did run out of injector with these mods and had to go with 30's. Now It hits about 85% duty cycle at WOT. May explain why you ran out of steam. Hard to say without a wideband reading.

I was at 316 rwhp (SAE) with a baby cam and stock exhaust manifolds, M6 car and 3:73s.
It sounds like a devil in the details to me. You need to make sure everything is working
properly, starting with the basics.

WTH happened at 4100?!

That graph is in STD, too, so your numbers are actually a tad lower.

you rant he car on a dyno with the rockers not properly adjusted?? What were you thinking?? Also the stock manifolds are killing you breathing wise. Your flowing in the head but not out.

no other ideas what my prob. might be beacause cam only i should be higher that that, the only thing that are noticably wrong with the car is the vacuum solenoid for the fuel line return hose (the hose is broken) other that that nothing else will that cause any prob. im thinking maybe i need a lt4 knock module.

those stock manifolds are really holding you back

and that statement about the rockers. WTF. why would you put your car on the dyno without properly adjusting them, and then ask why you had a problem

Sounds like the real problem is the loose nut behind the wrench...
