Its either the head gasket or not enough thread sealant on the bolts.

Warped heads are usually a result of overheating.

I know it's been over heated in the past, a good while before the tear-down. But like I said I've had the heads done recently. I will try to post pics of the new head gasket I just removed yesterday. Maybe I should take it to the machine shop with the head.

Mine looked fine to me too, but after my mechanic went over them with a dial caliper, you could see where some spots of the gasket were much thinner than others. The 0.006" variance was enough for it to not seat evenly and spit coolant all over the place (mine was coming out around the edges of the heads). Get a few measurements on yours and see if they crushed evenly...if they're all out of whack, try a new set of gaskets.
