You have to get rid of the A/C. Do a search on this board...there is a company that makes brackets that moves the alt to the other side of the engine and retains the A/C.

I was getting rid of my ac anyways because I have had the car for over 3 years now and have never used it, it doesn't even work anymore plus I will pick up some cooling getting the condenser out of the way plus all of the damn lines. I am ordereing mine this week.
