New lifter now bent valve?

I kept having rocker problems and the pushrod kept bending, so i took the intake off and yep i had a bad lifter, put a new one in put it all back together, not a fun process adjusted my rocker and started the car, well the pushrod snapped in about 5 seconds. I look at the valve springs and the number 7 spring is down farther than the rest I can move the spring up and down but it doesnt come up as far as the rest, this is also where i just put the new lifter pushrod and rocker in, so any input would be appreciated, am i gonna have to tear it down again, and also if the valves bent what the heck do i do...

Re: New lifter now bent valve?

We pumped the lifter full of oil and let it soak, yeah i know it will take some time, but this doesnt explain why my spring is setting lower than the others we never adjusted the springs, i dont get how all this is going wrong with only 65k miles
