Dang Dwayne, good job!!!

Now show em the 1/4 times full details.

http://dan.esteban.com/impalass/Retu...dClass=4&Sort=

check that link... it's the Impala SS 1/4 times page. I have Dwaynes class highlighted, (Class 4---stock bottom heads/cam no power adder).

Make sure to click on "details" here is Dwaynes.. http://dan.esteban.com/impalass/Retu....asp?RunID=522

I wish the fbody gang had some sort of organized 1/4 times page like that.

When did you get the 3.73 gears? I missed that over the last few months of your modding.

That's very impressive!

Are you talking about Great Lakes in Union Grove? If yes, I've found that track to be somewhat slippery. If you go to Route 66 in Joliet, I bet your times would even be quicker... maybe by 0.05 to 0.10.... ??

That's great. And I was not making fun of the fact that you use your car for something other than a test bed for racing parts.

Where did the "test bed for racing parts" comment come from"?

It is a street car I like to race just like most of you do, what I test most is my budget and my wife's patience .

Karl, quick SS above is the guy whoms record I bumped his details are there too wish I had half the gofast parts he does, I have power he has setup and his car is much faster today but no longer in the same class. I did the 3.73s the end of May. Which brings up another point this thing went 12.6 with 3.42s the first problem free night at the track in May, went one night before that but fuel pump proved insufficient.

Yes this was Great Lakes Dragaway in Union Grove Wisconsin, the only way it hooked like it did was friends finding a sticky spot and lining me up on it, I live all the way up near Green Bay so Joilet would be a hell of a drive for just a day of racing.

I have the lockup points set VERY aggressively at cruise, once locked it takes signifigant throttle to unlock, the cam is mild enough and Jeff's tune good enough that I have the OD lockup set to 54mph with the 3.73s and 27" tire and generally pass the slow farmers in this neck of the woods without a kickdown or unlock . I want to let a stroker b-body owner drive this thing and let me know how they feel about the torque
