New Fuel Pump needed have 255LPH (died)

I have the old Racetronix kit with the 255lph pump...its like 12yrs+ old and I think it died.

Is there a new/better/cooler fuel pump everyone is installing?

Out of curiosity, was the 255 LPH pump a Walbro pump, or Racetronix’ own “Turbine Tech” pump?

I believe it was/is a Walbro. Its been 13yrs. I think I bought them together.

I found the issue...20AMP Racetronix Alternator fuse was bad...but it visually looked fine. Glad its fixed, but a fuse is pretty defeating when it dies on the road and has to be towed home 30+ miles. Rubbing it in further, I checked this fuse on the side of the road and it visually looked ok.

Glad is see you still here Injuneer

It’s pretty lonely here….. nobody comes around regularly any more. Maybe a 1/2-dozen people who drop in once in a while to help out.

Have you checked the circuit to find out why it pulled enough amps to blow the 20-amp fuse?

Freds note on what brand is, IIRC, that there was a bunch of "fake" Walbro 255's around some while back.

glad it was a simple fuse OP...and yeah "visual" does not always reveal a bad fuse. Continuity check them
