New fasteners when doing a cam, rod bolts etc.

I was wondering if any of you guys ever replaced your rod bolts and bearings when doing a cam swap. I thought about it and upgrading the oil pump as well. I figured new ARP BOLTS AND PROLLY SOME MAIN STUDS. WOULD BE CHEAP INSURANCE. Anyone have part#for main studs to work with our factory windage trays?

thanx

Reuse the main bolts or get ARP bolts, studs clamp the caps differently and will require an align hone. Also the rods should be resized when installing new bolts.

You'll do more harm than good trying to do it in the car. Clearances will be fubared and motor longetevity will be short lived.
