NEW ENGINE STALLS OUT, please help

I just got throuh rebuilding my 1995 Z28. M6, bored over .020", ballanced, lt4 hot cam w/ 1:6 rr,new lifters, new optispark, accell 300+ ignition, larger mass air, adj. fuel pres. reg., gastket matched heads, bbk shorties, stock injectors throtle boddy and tune.
The car fired up with a few turns of the key and ideled pretty steady until i had to shut it off because it was the middle of the night. Then when i try to drive it the car dies after running for about 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. And wont start unless i let it sit for a couple minutes. Then it will fire back up and die. But it will fire up if it sits for 10 minutes or so and idle pretty good then just die again. i have good fuel pressure, i dont hear any vacume leaks. i was told by a tech that dyno tunes camaros/vetts all day, that my stock computer will run the lt-4 cam no problem. please help, what will make the car die after running fine for a few short minutes????
thanks

I would start by putting the stock MAF back on.
