New engine being built (check in)
Ok on my old setup in my sig i ran a best of 12.7 in the dead heat on nittos and my ZR1's...
Now im the nice cool weather and some skinnies and slicks i am 100% sure i could hit a 12.5.
Now new motor being built is this..
355 all forged stock heads, intake, tb and a custom cam 238/242 at 567/579 on 112 lsa...
Now could i expect to hit low low 12's maybe even 12.0 on motor?
I will be spraying a 150-200 shot since it is a nitrous/motor cam...
what do yall think

Re: New engine being built (check in)
I think that cam is a waste of time with stock heads. You might go faster, but no where near your potential. Port the heads and set up the springs and you are good to go. Heads are where the power is at. Cam & Heads needs to be matched. Doesn't help to have a big 10 inch if your left nut was shot off in combat.
