i dont know why i thought you had stock manifolds,my bad. Take it to the track, check the MPH if its over 113MPH then youre puttin down some decent HP reguardless of what the dyno says.

Those #'s are extremely low. How does the car feel? Before it was tuned it was putting down bone stock #'s. Btw, who ever tuned your car tuned it too lean. the car should be running about about 12.8 af at wot to be safe.

LEAN??

Nah I have the last dyno graph. He richened it up a tiny bit to about 12.8 at WOT for the final setup, hp dropped to 294, tq to 319, just to be safe. It feels very strong, will spin 2nd very easy w/o full throttle, first=no traction, havent tried third due to dead O2 sensor.

Do you have an A4 or an M6? Just a guess but I'm saying you have an A4 with a torque converter. The torque line is so straight. Or is that just how LT1's are?

Do you have a CAI? That will probably be worth a good 15 rwhp right there. Ditching those edlebrocks for some LT's and true duals will probably be worth 30 rwhp. What valvetrain parts are you running? Stock 1.5 rockers? Stock springs (god I hope not)? There could be massive gains hiding there as well.

His graph looks nothing like an A4. His car is a 6spd. Lt1's will have a flat torque curve from about 2-4.5k rpms

I was comparing it to my M6 LS1 and A4 LS1 and it looked more like my graph for the A4. I'm new to the LT1 tech area and that is why I asked the question at the end of my post.

I dynoed 317 rwhp and 322 rwtq with the hotcam kit, bone stock heads and the original bone stock exhuast manifolds. I have the graph if anyone would like to see.

But, with the addition of tuning and Long Tubes, I jumped to 343 rwhp.

Again do you know what gear it was dynoed in.

With those mods you should have put down over 350, with that cam alone at least 325,

The cat back is definetly holding back some power, but not 50rwhp. My 3inch flowmaster lost me 3 mph in the quarter, but thats not 50 horse. As for the headers they are not your problem, you have other problems that need to be found.

Gear

The car has an M6 and was dynoed in fourth gear. Yes, I have other problems, but I dont know where to start. Today, i tried to start my car for the first time in 4 days. Is about 45 degrees outside, car would not turn over for several minutes. Left car came back 2 hours later, car started on 5th try, ran fine w/ no surging or weird idle, yet the SES light is still on, even after I replaced the dead O2 sensor. Still doesnt feel like the power it had after the dyno tune. Ill repost this in a new thread. Ideas?

Sounds like a corroded or bad engine ground...clean them all up and see if that takes care of it.
