hey guys. i just bought some wheels from completeoem and the rims are 17x9.5 chrome ZR1 style.

I only had them on for 1 day and this morning, i noticed a bend in the outer lip of the rim. it is freakin huge to. i am sure it will not the $250 tire

what the heck can I do???

Were they sent bent? Just send it back and make them pay shipping.

 

Contact them & see what they say.

They're probably going to say you hit something & give you a hard time sending them back because you mounted a tire on them, then found the damage.

 

Say it was bent upon arrivial and say you'll contact your credit card company to stop crdit card payment (if you payed that way) til the situation is resolved.. compaines dont like to hear that, they want the $$$ and well you want customer service so it works both ways! let us know how u make out...

 

i'd definetly call them ASAP! The longer u wait, the more inclined they'll be to say that u had them long enough to where you couldve bent them yourself...

 

I sent them a email friday and have not heard from them. I will call them first thing tomorrow. I have not hit anything and all I have gone over are like speed bumps and rail road tracks. I also bought the rims with the tires already mounted on them.
