New cam now a stumble

I have a 1995 Impala SS. Just put a CC502 cam in with new PCM for Less programming. These two changes are all I made. The car ran great for the first 150 miles. Now I have a intermittent stumble. I can crank it up drive and it runs great. After running for a while I get a terrible stumble on hard acceleration. Let the car cool down and no problems till it gets warm again. I am putting new plugs in tommorow and readjusting the valves. Any ideas as what to check. I think maybe a sensor or something but I am not sure. Car only has 40,000 miles. Please help it is driving me crazy. I have plugged the EGR and that did not fix it. I will unplug the MAF and try that tommorow. Any suggestions?
Thanks

DO you have any PCM readings or DTCs that could help focus on a diagnosis? I'd check the temp sensor since it seems to be related to engine temps

How do I check the temp sensor. Just unplug it? Water or air or both? Do not have a way to check any diagnostics.

Thanks
