New cam is in....
Since I am devoting the car to 90% track duty I figured it was time to up the ante in the power dept....My ultimate goals are to run consistent 9's
I took out my baby cam (222/228 .544/.538 112) and put in something a little bigger.(246/254 .613/.590 112) I test fired it tonight and it sounds NASTY. Now on to the dyno to get it tuned.....
Anyone want to guess how much it puts down. It made 422/447 with the old cam...but through a T56.

M6 to 700r4
Borla to 3" true duals
stock to 42# injectors

Yep...it's gonna chop. Hopefully you won't have to spin it to the limits of the PCM to get it to make big numbers.

No need for a name change ...I can still eat rice with the car...it will just be harder to get them to race.
I have a race right now with a heavily modified STI...upgraded turbo, supporting mods, meth injection...the funny thing is he called me out, and he is only planning on running low 12's high 11's @ 115....he brags about his 1.6 60' times

I have the same thing happen to me all the time as well, Mid 12 sec cars calling me out and wondering why they get beat by bus lengths, and i only run mid 11s.
