thanks for all the info, i dont want to bash the shop there pretty well known in long island www.lizzardracing.com there not some mom&pop shop,he did say he'll take it apart to find out what happen and will work with me.

one more question i had a friend come by to listen to my car,he would not rule out a rod but there is a diffent knock in valve train,could the knock in valve train echo in the block to make it sound like a rod bearing,while i had the car running today for at least 15 min my oil pressure stayed the same about 40psi.wouldnt i lose oil pressure with a bad bearing

my car had 5 bad bearings, opne of them had spun, i still had great oil pressure.

you change ur goddamn oil.
