This past weekend we did an LS1 upgrade on my 1994 Z28. We used KVR front and rear rotors along with the KVR carbon/metallic pads.

Everything looks and seems to work great. The problem is that they are pretty sqeaky, especially at slower speeds.

I've heard that a rather lenghtly break in period is required before they'll become quiet; true?

I don't even have 100miles on the new brakes yet.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
