this never ends. more problems .water in the gas
today i stoped at a local 76 and filled the z up and i got about half a mile down the road and she died. so i pulled into the median and tryed to get her to start. she would run for a breif few seconds and then spit and sputter and then die. when i tryed to floor it and maby keep her alive she just died. so i had her towed home and i went through the normal routein of checking spark/ and fuel. she has both. so i checked the oil for water and the water for oil. and neither were present. so after alot of swaring and plotting to burn the car to the ground i figured out the problem. i pulled the fuel filter and poured out the fuel inside and tryed to light it with a lighter and it wouldnt light. so i keyed the car on to let it pump some gas into a cup and sure enought theres water in it. theres almost 50 bucks of water / gas in the car so i get to pull the tank and drain it all out and go spend more money fixing this car. does the water damage my fuel pump?
i guess while the tank is out i can fix the gauge too and maby upgrade to a walboro pump.
the 76 refuses to pay to get it fixed becuse they say that theres no proof that i got the water from them. so after i called them i got into my other z and drove by the station and guess what 5 of the pumps had bags on them with out of order signs over the display. i went in and asked whats wrong and they said theres a problems with the pumps. ........... problem with the pumps my *** they are just trying to cover there ***. im running an add in the paper and seeing if anybody else got water today at that 76. and if there is more than just me (and i know there will be) then im going to go talk to my lawyer and get this compensated for the cost of fixing it. god im so mad......

Anyway, I would start making calls now regarding your issue - BBB or something, I'm not sure but if you act quick, maybe it can be caught before they get fresh gas...

Why don't you just remove the fuel filter and used compressed air backwards from the schrader valve to blow out the front part of the line. With the filter off, put 12 volts on the fuel pump prime connector to fire up the pump and pump the fuel crap out of the tank into a catch pan.
Water will be first thing to come out of the tank since it sinks to the bottom. When it pumps clean fuel put a new filter on it and prime it a few times before you go to start it.
As far as your legal woes go. Don't waste your time paying a lawyer $300.00 for what would amount to a $200.00 problem. Go to your local civil court clerks office and pay her $30.00 for a warrant in debt. Serve it on the manager of the station. Put an amount on the form that you can justify with documentation such as a bill. You won't get anything for your personal time so don't even try.
Once the company sees the warrant in debt, they will most likely cut you a check so they don't have to pay a lawyer to go to court for them.
