Need Valve Spring/caps/locks suggestions.

220/230, 510/510, 114 Lobe Cam...

Looking at stock length rods, and 1.6 lifters...

Any help is greatly appreciated, this is something I am less than knowledgeable on.

GM's 1.6 roller rocker, from the LT4 and the springs are an improvement over stock.
