I know no one remembers my old post about how my car got messed up by a so called professionsal shop last season..........Any way...i ended up having a pushrod thrown throught the motor and ending up in the oil pan...all said and done i replaced the pushrods myself....and re-adjusted the new 1.6 self aligning rockers.......however....i just went to the track this past weekend with pretty good weather and i almost cried after my first run....I was a whole sec off my old time......i was 13.4 or .5 at 102 with everything in the sig except the headers and rockers......i was hoping for 13.0 at least with the upgrade but instead 14.4 and .5.....car had no power at all and lost 6 miles an hour....any idea what is wrong....could i lose that much power by adjusting the rockers to loose....or do you think my motor is damaged from the pushrod breaking into pieces.......Please help.........PLEASEEEEEEEEE.....

 

If i was to do the heads over..new vaules...port polish....would that solve any problem or would it be in the block itself some where that i'm losing power.....really concerned here
