I'm finally getting ready to fire up my new motor and I was curious if my exhaust is gonna be holding me back since i'm still running the factory I pipe. My setup now is mac mid-length headers, o/r pipe, factory I pipe, cutout right before axle and a flowmaster muffler with factory tips. Motor; 11.5 comp. 355 LE2 heads and cam,full roller CC valvetrain with all the mods in sig. I know LT's would be the best but funds dont allow that now. I could swing changing out the I pipe if its even worth messing with , is the factory pipe gonna be too restricting??

Not sure how much power you are putting down, but a friend with a 500rwhp LT1 only had a 3.5 I-pipe. People tend to overdue it.
