please its at the back where the starter goes up maybe smear rtv

Are you sure it's the pan and not the rear main seal?

hahaha jb weld ahhh no! and its not the rear seal its the corner where the starter mounts up

Well, if it's the actual gasket that's leaking, the the best way to fix it would be to replace the gasket.
