Need Some Help, Someone Parked On My Hood

Ok, I walk out of my girlfriends house on Monday only to see some guy trying to park his truck, only problem was he was 3 feet on the hood of my car, and he went back and forth like 6 times. Needless to say, it is destroyed and his insurance company is going to pay the chunk for all the damage done. My question to you is does anybody know where to get a good price on an aftermarket hood for 93-97. Im kinda thinkin' of going with the SS style hood just for looks or a stylish hood like it. I figure might as well get a nice hood for cheaper than the stock hood from GM. If anybody got a good website or somewhere in CA or a number I can call to get some info, I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

If the insurance is gonna pay, then might as well get an expensive fiberglass hood. Saves you weight and the truck guy gets it up the a$$

Not only the cost of the hood, but the cost to get it painted too!

1) Take the money
2) Go to Vegas
3) Parlay the money on Buffalo to win and Miami Unders... that will pay 3.6 to 1 odds
4) Use 1/3 on the new hood
5) Let the other 2/3 roll on another parlay and get yourself a Nitrous System

ive been in that possision, with my lowered firebird, ive been under some biggg trucks...

i know if i felt like doing it i could put about half my car under some of those trucks and they wouldnt notice

some heavy duty trucks their bumpers are even w/ my t-tops

i know the flat bed i use at work is about lower then my roof

so i can understand how the cars are hard to see...

Don't forget with your insurance to get a new hood, get the paint quote, and to check your unibody for alignment. A truck can really distort your frame and could cause it to be skiddish at high speeds. FYI...

I believe Miami will win... what the Unders means is that Miami's Defense won't let the other team score which will mean a low scoring game. Go-D!!!
