Need some help on some purchases
which cloyes timing chain do I buy from summit or anywhere else, and where do i fine the Ferrara 6000 series valves.........and which pushrods do I get, which is the best for the money..............
You can get ferrea 6000 valves through flatlanderracing.com
Also the cloyes kit can be had through summit for 84 bux but your going to have to do some modification to get it to fit under the timing cover since its a gen 1 SBC kit.
this one here is made for the 95-97 gen II LT based motors and its priced right:

I've heard of some having slight clearance issues with the 3145, I didn't. It seems like most if not all of the Corvette guys haven't had this issue. I assume the F and Y bodys use the same timing cover?
