Car broke down and is sitting in a parking lot...
it turns over but will not start...
i have spark to the plugs and fuel to the regulator... i pulled the fuel rails off to see if fuel would come out the injectors and when i turned the engine over. no fuel came out of the injectors...

it will start and run real ****ty with starting fluid but i cannot get fuel to come out of the injectors...

what could it be?

Edit:i checked all the fuses and they are fine.
