I bought 94 z28 with 103k ...leaking from an needing new tapping pan gasket, timing cover gasket, timing gear and chain and a oil sending unit...will this be expensive and difficult jobs? Or is simple task...what the situation

It sounds like an oil leak but your description is all over the place. What is a tapping pan gasket? Oil pan gasket?

The oil pan and timing cover gaskets go hand in hand sort of. The oil pan needs to be removed (or at least pulled down) in order to get the timing cover off. The oil pan gasket covers the lower part of the timing cover so it would need to be replaced too (there is a way around that but no guarantee it won't leak).

Why do you say the oil pressure sender is a problem? Is it leaking too? If so, take it out, clean the threads and reseal it with teflon tape or teflon sealant.

Why do you think you need a new timing gear set?
