Need some cheap head porting. Who can do it?

Need some cheap head porting. Who can do it?
I have heard that there are a couple people on the borad here that do cheap head work. I don't have the money for the CNC headwork or new aftermarket heads but my motor is apart being rebuilt and i would like to get everything done that i can.
What all is included? do they hot tank them and do a valve job? They are currently at the meachine shop so if they do all that i need to call the machine and tell them to hold up on them.
One of the big names that i have heard is Loyd Elliot. How is he?
